The difference of 5.00 lei represents the cost for processing the payment upon delivery. Online payment by card is free.
We can deliver your order by courier or you can pick it up from our production workshop in Bucharest. Choose the option that suits you best during checkout.

This is done using the AWB number received in the shipment confirmation email, or by accessing the link in that email.

3. Delivery conditions and costs
- The cost of delivery by courier within Romania is automatically calculated during the purchase process, and varies between 12.9 Lei for sending the package paid for with an online card at Easybox and 20.9 Lei for sending the package with cash on delivery to your door, via Sameday Courier. For orders with a total value greater than 180 Lei paid for with an online card, shipping is free and will be highlighted as such, in the shopping cart, once the total value of the products exceeds the established threshold.
- The average delivery date is calculated as the date of shipment + 2 days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a minimum or fixed delivery time, as the service is outside our operational control.
- You can order from abroad with delivery to an address in Romania.
- For products in stock, delivery will be made by courier. We commit to shipping your products on the same day you placed the order, if the order was placed by 12:00, but WonderStore.ro is not responsible for any delays that may occur in the delivery of the order by the courier. Any additional delay will be communicated to the customer and a new delivery term will be agreed with him, which cannot exceed the maximum term of 30 days.
- ATTENTION! Due to the very short order processing time, it is impossible to make changes to orders already placed without extending the deadline for products to be shipped from our workshop.
If the products are unavailable (including if the price or some characteristics of the products have undergone changes subsequent to the confirmation of the order), WonderStore.ro will inform the customer about the unavailability, and the amounts he has paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days. The customer can confirm the changes made regarding the price or characteristics of the products, thus modifying the initial order, and WonderStore.ro will deliver the products.
Delivery conditions
Upon request of WonderStore.ro or the Courier, the customer will prove his identity , if necessary, through one or more documents issued by official authorities and will communicate the order number assigned by the seller. If the customer is unable to receive the order in person, the order will be left at the specified address only to a person over 18 years of age and only after payment to the Courier of the cash on delivery written on the package, if the order was not paid for with an online card. No request for delivery of an order will be honored if the customer does not meet the above conditions.
In the case of delivery to the customer's workplace, in which case the Courier cannot have access to the respective location, the customer must ensure that he can receive this order.
The customer will be contacted by phone by the courier in advance to obtain confirmation of his presence at the address and time selected when validating the order on the site. For orders delivered within Romania, please provide us with a telephone number operated by a national telephone service provider, with the prefix +40 , in the order data.
The customer undertakes to be present at the indicated delivery address, within the time frame announced by the courier, otherwise he will bear the transport fee for a possible new delivery. The time frame may be modified, after communication by the courier, only with the courier's consent. The delivery is considered to be fulfilled by WonderStore.ro, at the time of handing over the ordered products to the customer at the address selected by him at the time of placing the order.
Product reception
The customer undertakes to sign the delivery note (AWB) presented by the courier upon delivery of the ordered products. The customer will also check if the products are damaged or if there are any shortages, and any problems will be mentioned in writing on the delivery note, so that they can be taken into account. If the check cannot be carried out in the presence of the courier, any technical problems or defects discovered upon opening the package must be brought to the attention of WonderStore.ro within 3 days of the date of delivery.
By signing the delivery note, the customer acknowledges receipt of the ordered products in good condition and in full. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling (lack of or damage to the packaging, the condition of the product, etc.)
