Hello, if something happened with your order, it did not arrive complete, it is damaged, it does not contain what you ordered, etc., please contact us using one of the following methods:

We usually respond within two hours , so that if there is a problem with an order, we can correct it in time to make sure it is delivered the same day. For example, if you have bought a gift for someone and something is wrong with your order, we will try to make sure that we can urgently deliver a new package to you. Usually, problems that reach us by 13:00, we try to resolve them the same day . Any complaints that reach us after this time are resolved with priority the next morning, as long as the next day is a legal working day.
Please do not use social media accounts or SMS for complaints or any issues related to orders, as these are not official channels for commercial communications, and are not monitored at all times. For complaints and any issues related to orders, please contact us only through the 4 official channels mentioned above. We cannot respond via SMS or Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp, for example, to information related to your orders.
If you find yourself in an unpleasant situation regarding your order, which requires you to file a complaint, the legal procedure requires you to contact the seller first of all and address your complaint in order to resolve it amicably. If, by using the contact means provided, you fail to receive a response from the seller, or if he does not correct the requested situation, or if you consider that your right has been violated, then you have the possibility of contacting the authorities with responsibilities in this regard.
