Return policy. Right of withdrawal

General conditions

WonderStore.ro recognizes the right of return for customers who notify their intention within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the package, the customer being the one who will bear the cost of the return. And in the case of orders with international delivery, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The products can be returned through any courier company that ensures the delivery of the return package to the merchant's warehouse. The address to which the return packages are sent is: str. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the purchased products within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

Methods and deadlines for returning products

The customer undertakes to notify WonderStore.ro of his intention to return the purchased products, by e-mail at comenzi@wonderstore.ro or by phone at 0740 540 598 within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products. Otherwise, WonderStore.ro may refuse the package.

    The return of the package is done by the customer himself, choosing the courier service.

    Product return conditions

    In any case of returning products, they must be in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer, with intact labels and together with all accessories and documents that accompanied them. The returned products must be in the same condition as upon receipt: without defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the customer in correspondence with WonderStore.ro). Products that constitute a set must be returned as a set.

    The customer is obliged to protect the products they hand over to the courier for return (using paper, bubble wrap or any other protective materials) so that they do not arrive at the WonderStore.ro warehouse damaged during transport.

    If an order with a gift product is returned in full, the customer is obliged to return the gift product in its original, undamaged and unopened condition.     Refund deadlines

    If you choose to return the products, we will refund their value no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the products. In the event of your withdrawal from the contract before the delivery of the products that you paid for with your card online when placing the order on the site, we will reimburse you including the shipping cost. If the withdrawal occurs after the products have been shipped, including in the event of the customer refusing to accept them, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed, as this is considered a service provided.

    WonderStore.ro may postpone the refund of the product value until receipt of the sold product or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped.

    The amount will be returned as follows:

    for orders paid by card online -> by refund to the account from which the payment was made
    for orders paid with OP/refund -> by bank transfer, to the account provided by the customer in the Return Form

    Right of withdrawal

    In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, the customer has the following rights and obligations regarding withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance:

    • The customer has the right, before the expiration of the withdrawal period, to withdraw from the contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No.34/2014, within 14 days from the day on which he/she takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by the customer.
    • The customer undertakes to return only those products that are in the same condition in which they were delivered (with all accessories, intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

    According to the law, the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal from the contract:

    • Service contracts, after the complete provision of the services, if the performance has begun with the express prior consent of the buyer and after the buyer has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the complete performance of the contract by the seller;
    • Supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the buyer or clearly personalized; ATTENTION! According to GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter. c, products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized cannot be returned.
    • Books, CDs, DVDs, one-of-a-kind creations (this category includes Diaries) are products subject to copyright regulations. In their case, returns and replacements can only be accepted in case of lack of conformity (manufacturing/production defect, damaged during transport, etc.), not for reasons of content, judgment, taste or value.
    • Supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
    • The provision of digital content, which is not delivered on a material medium, if the provision has begun with the express prior consent of the buyer and after the buyer has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal.
