Simple products, ordered in one piece, are made and shipped the same day, if you place the order by 12:00. This means that, for example, if you place an order at 10 am, at 12 it goes into production, at 15 it is ready, at 16 it is packed, at 17 it leaves the workshop and the next day, around 11 - 12 it is possible that it will already reach you. If you place the order after 12:00, it will probably leave us the next day. However, if the order is large, with many personalized products, then it is possible that the production will take a few days.

90% of our orders arrive within 24 hours of shipment. 98% of orders arrive within 2 legal business days. Some delays are caused by the customer not answering the phone, the customer not being at the delivery address, insufficient money to pay for the package, courier errors, adverse weather conditions, accidents and traffic conditions, delivery to rural areas that are difficult to access, etc. Also, in December, due to Black Friday and the high volume of orders during the holidays, the entire courier system in Romania becomes undersized. Delays can be quite long and frustrating and we apologize for these situations. If we could, we would deliver ourselves, but we rely, as all online commerce companies do, on the services of courier companies.
