About orders and production

The paper raw material used in our production is obtained from responsible sources and carries one or more of the above certifications. Both paper waste and packaging left over from production are recycled.

1. Order processing/production/delivery time

Processing times for a standard order and/or with non-customizable products:

    • Day 1 - Order confirmation and processing, production, shipping
    • Day 2 - 3 Delivery***

Processing times for a large volume order (over 10 products) with custom graphics:

    • Day 1 - Order Processing
    • Day 2 - 4 - Graphic editing*
    • Day 5 - 6 - Print and production/finishing**
    • Day 6 - 7 - Shipping
    • Day 8 - 10 - Delivery***

* After confirming the order, graphic editing and "printing" follow. Graphics are a subjective process and cannot be evaluated or predicted in advance, therefore, the time noted here is an average. The duration noted here is not a commitment and refers to the average order processing times. Days refer to legal working days (Monday - Friday).

** The printing, production and finishing time is calculated after the customer has confirmed that the product is "good to print".

*** Refers to orders delivered in Romania.

2. Product customization

Each customizable product on WonderStore.ro has, on its page, special fields that you can fill in with certain texts, which you want us to print alongside our design. Each such field has a certain character limit, depending on the space we have available for printing on each product. The text you entered in the dedicated field will appear on the personalized product, exactly as you wrote it. We do not intervene in any way over the texts you fill in these fields, unless you expressly ask us to do so.

Product customization is free, under the following conditions:

  • It is a customizable product available on our website.
  • Your text is added to the product design as it is presented on the site. The design, composition, arrangement of elements are not changed. Only your texts can be changed, for example if you notice that you have made a mistake or want to add/remove something from them .
  • Information related to changes is sent via email , is clear, explicit and does not require clarification.
  • A single set of changes to the products on the site is sent in a single email and only the email communication channel is used (no additions via phone calls or Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.). Any subsequent requests can be made for a fee.

3. "Good printing"

Certain customizable products will not be sent to production before we have your approval on the print layout. This is mentioned on the product page and, after placing the order, we will email you the files to receive what is called in the printing industry a " printing receipt ". This represents the approval for the personalized production of your graphics and is equivalent to understanding and assuming full responsibility for the content, graphics, elements, positioning, colors, images, harmony of arrangement, texts, semantics, grammar and any other element contained in the graphics. The client confirms by responding to the email received from our team that he has checked the design layout for spelling and grammar errors . The client assumes full responsibility for the approved content and design. Also, by confirming, he approves the graphics for print and production. With the written approval of an order for personalized products, the client waives his right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.

Please note that in the final print, in the finished product that you receive, some colors will not be exactly as on your screen. Your screen shows you colors in RGB format, and all color printers use the CMYK standard. We use professionally calibrated monitors and see colors as close as possible to how they will print, but your computer screen or phone display is not as accurate, therefore, depending on the screen, there may be some differences between what you see and what is printed, and therefore there will be differences between what you see on the screen and the product you will receive. The depth of the difference is impossible to control or estimate.

4. Change or cancel order

Any order can be modified in terms of content, products and quantities, under the following conditions:

  • before the ordered product goes into production, if it is a product customized according to the customer's requirements.
  • before shipping the product, if it is a standard product, without customization.

After the order has been shipped, any changes must take into account the conditions found in our Refund and Return policy.
