Crackers with black truffles


These crackers made in Spain are natural, vegan, extra thin and crispy, without additives or colorings and without palm oil. Non-GMO. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has an intense taste and an exceptional aroma. The truffles used for these crackers are harvested from the village of Sarrión (Teruel), where the largest oak plantation in the world is located.

The flour used is artisanally ground on a stone, being more nutritious and flavorful than that ground with industrial steel rollers. The dough is left to rest for 12 hours, and the baking is slow, to preserve nutrients and obtain crackers that are extra thin and crispy, but also consistent at the same time.

They can be enjoyed plain or accompanied by sheep's cheese and red wine.
