Can I change the products in the gift package?

The products in the gift package cannot be modified. However, if you can't find a gift package that suits you , you can make a personalized one, exactly the way you want it. A little higher you will find the option " Create a unique package ", and then you can to add the desired products.

Do you put the invoice in the package?

No. Precisely because, in general, our products are offered as gifts and you may not want anyone to see how much money you gave, the invoice comes to your email that you enter during the order placement process.

Can I buy from the company?

Yes , you can put the invoice on protocol expenses if you want to give a gift to a partner, but ask your accountant beforehand if it's ok, because you have a deductible limit (better safe than sorry). Use the address where you want the gift to arrive on the delivery dates and the address of your company's registered office on the billing dates. Your invoice will be issued to the company only if you fill in the field " Commercial Company and Tax Code - Legal entities only ". Fill in both information to correctly receive the company invoice and the receipt from the courier, in case you pay cash on delivery.

How quickly will my gift package be ready?

Same day ( working day, during business hours, if you placed your order by 12 noon ). If you have a custom set made, then it may take 2 days, although this also happens rarely. That means we try to finish them on the same day.

How quickly will the gift package reach me?

It depends (and we hate that answer)! In principle, 90% of the packages that leave from us arrive at their destination within 24 hours. But not all. Some packages are slower.

These prices scare me!

And us too! At least lately, since inflation has gone crazy, every time we buy goods from suppliers, raw materials for production, packaging and consumables, delivery services or pay taxes, it hurts a little. Paper, for example, has increased in price 5 times in a year! We make efforts with each product to keep costs under control and prices reasonable.😕
