The notebook has a rigid cardboard back cover, so you can write on it wherever you are. Inside, it has 80 pages printed with dots for writing and three dividers made of the same premium cardboard as the front cover. Each divider is printed with inspirational quotes. The notebook is bound with a copper metal spiral. The first page of the notebook can be personalized with a photo and a name.
